The Private Art School of HK was established in 1989 in Valašské Meziříčí. At the moment the its studio is located in the centre of town. For more than 20 years students have been learning not only free but also academic drawing and painting through all of artistic techniques. A private school teaches all genres from drawing of figures and portraits, landscape painting to academic and still life drawing. A student´s works are both realistic and abstract.
We also teach the history of art and architecture. There is a newly opened course on drawing and painting in English and a course for mothers and children. At the end of each school year there is an event where our school projects are donated to hospitals, companies and private sponsors. The event always includes performances from young musicians from partner Private Music School.
The Private Art School of HK has been running projects in partnership with the town council and many local firms in Valašské Meziříčí and surrounding towns for many years. Most of our projects have been financed by grants from our partners. Our paintings are decorating many private and public companies and organisations. We have tried to focus on the best representation of our partners and sponsors.
